David Marks is a consummate real estate professional! He is truly so much more than a realtor. A property transaction typically is a stressful life situation with many more moving parts than one would ever imagine. David took on the role to proactively manage everything with a high level of skill and attention to detail. My husband and I are very experienced AND very demanding clients, with a lot of experience with real estate transactions and different unexpected situations - so we are not easy to please and our expectations for a realtor are very high. We had a fairly complex situation with both selling and buying a house, doing a simultaneous close on both properties, and what felt like hundreds of details big and small to pay attention to in order to make it all go smoothly, and within strict and short deadlines. David managed the complex process and our demands diplomatically and made the whole process efficient and professional. Anyone buying or selling a property will end up needing the services of mortgage brokers, inspectors, electricians, handymen, painters, flooring companies, carpenters, cleaners… You name it - David's rolodex gets you covered. His recommendations were amazing, and we found a spectacular mortgage broker, inspector, floor refinisher and handyman through David. He managed and scheduled the work needed to get our house ready for sale and addressed the issues that came up in the inspection with such ease and care. David is incredibly responsive, in fact - I am yet to hear his voicemail recording - he always picked up the phone, whether I was calling at 8 am or 8 pm. His communication skills are excellent, we always knew what was going on. He was one step ahead vs. responding and reacting to the next thing in the process. I would highly recommend David and look forward to using his services again. Real estate transaction is one if not the most significant financial transaction you will have. I trust it to be handled only by the best since my life is worth it.

David Marks is simply amazing! My husband began working for his company a few months before the children and I moved to Seattle. We began working with David by phone and texting in October to get a feel of the housing market, where we wanted to live, and what we could realistically afford. We were impressed with the fact that David knew we were not planning on buying a house until April/May--but he was always there for us giving us feedback. There were so many things we loved about David. He is so personable. David always responded back quickly with his feedback-via a text, email or call. He knows the areas of town so well. After he had a really good feeling about what we liked and did not like, he would go and check out houses for us that day or early the next morning! He knew what kind of neighborhood we were looking for, and would tell us whether it was worth checking out. Seattle is definitely a crazy kind of market right now. When we attempted first purchase--we were outbid. I was so upset. But, David talked us through it, and said there will be many more. And, there were. David really took the time to explain our options when we negotiated for our home. Prior to the purchase, we had time for a sewer and home inspection. He went with the inspectors, took notes and pictures for us. We were amazed at his level of customer service. It did not end there! The number of referrals David has is phenomenal. He would introduce all of us by text or email. He would book them early, and come check the home while it was being painted, carpeted, and remodeled. If David did not have an answer, he would go to the paint or carpet store to find out the answer for us--and give us more referrals. He cares so much about his clients being happy. It was very difficult for me not to be in Seattle during the remodel of our home, but David did the best he could to make it easy for us. We are so glad we were referred to David. He is the best.
